As a native of Guadalajara who has lived in the State of Mexico for a few years, I can tell you that these are the tortas most similar to those from Guadalajara. I'd say 90%, just because the bolillo in Guadalajara is harder and doesn't stick, but they are really good and very similar to those from Jalisco.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, the prices fair. All the food is drowned in a very rich tomato sauce and you choose the level of spiciness!!!
I've been coming here since 2011, and it never fails. Delicious food, efficient and friendly service, exquisite and spicy salsa, and beyond-excellent prices. Cash only. It's becoming incredibly expensive, but oh well :/ I'll keep going back for a good torta ahogada.
It's always a pleasure to come eat here, everything is delicious. It has flavor, color and magic. You don't necessarily have to be in Guadalajara to eat a good drowned cake. Here they are really good.
Excellent place to eat, the flavor is good, I only think it would be excellent if they left a cup with sauce, and added golden tacos like they do at GDL, but from then on everything is adequate
